Behavior Health Professionals
Olivia Ouellette and Chloe Ruest, Early Childhood Occupations Seniors have recently completed their Behavior Health Professional training in collaboration with Maine’s Office of Child and Family Services and Woodfords Family Services. This training required 45 hours of self paced and live online sessions. Upon graduating from High School, these students will have the opportunity to work with children with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health Disorders, and their families. As an integral part of the child’s treatment team, a Certified Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) has the opportunity to make an immediate impact while helping a child grow and develop to their full potential. Congratulations and Thank you for representing SJVTC!
